Enterprise Analytics & Data Intelligence Leadership
I lead enterprise analytics as a strategic function, owning the data intelligence capability that a business runs its most consequential decisions on. That means building the models and single-source-of-truth infrastructure behind commercialization, go-to-market strategy, demand forecasting, P&L management, and competitive intelligence, then translating them into the executive-ready narratives leaders use to allocate capital, prioritize investment, and set strategy. I've built these functions from the ground up, with full budget and P&L ownership, across healthcare, life sciences, and high-growth enterprise, and I bring the AI-enabled infrastructure that makes the work faster, defensible, and repeatable.
As VP of Commercial Intelligence & Data Analytics, built and scaled the enterprise analytics function for a healthcare and life-sciences market-access firm from the ground up: owning budget and P&L, leading a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers, and establishing the commercial-intelligence, economic-modeling, and executive-reporting capabilities core to the firm's value.
P&L Ownership, Function Building, Team Leadership
Designed and built AI-enabled analytics workflows (RAG, vector retrieval, and human-in-the-loop quality controls) across 23,000+ indexed document segments, and introduced automation that reduced data-modeling time and resource requirements by 30% while raising consistency and defensibility. A proprietary capability now being developed as a standalone product.
AI Strategy, Evidence Systems, Data Governance
Built and led the revenue strategy and analytics organization at JetBlue Airways, driving the pricing, forecasting, and market-planning intelligence behind its growth into a major national carrier and one of the most successful airline launches in aviation history.
Revenue Strategy, Forecasting, Capital Allocation
Advised leadership teams at Personal Capital, Virgin America, Amer Sports, and Backcountry through high-growth and exit events: guiding marketing investment strategy through Personal Capital's growth to a $1B acquisition, and building the forecasting and margin models behind Backcountry's expansion into a leading commerce platform and acquisition target.
Executive Advisory, Growth Strategy, M&A Support
Own and evolve the analytical roadmap, align it to organizational priorities, and build the strategic investment cases leadership uses to decide where to spend capital and resources.
Direct the business-case, pricing, ROI, and launch-readiness work that turns market signals into commercialization strategy and measurable revenue growth.
Build the demand, economic, and financial models (investor-grade pro formas, scenario planning, gross-to-net, and P&L views) that inform forecasting, fundraising, and capital allocation.
Stand up the market-sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitive-landscape, and opportunity-assessment capability that guides asset prioritization, partnerships, and whitespace decisions.
Introduce AI and modern analytics (RAG, automation, human-in-the-loop controls) into the delivery workflow to make analytics faster, traceable, and defensible in regulated environments.
Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite and board, translating analytical complexity into the clear “so what” narratives that drive strategic alignment and investment decisions.
Most organizations don't struggle from a lack of data. They struggle because it sits in disconnected silos and isn't accessible to the people who need it, so analytics stays reactive, answering yesterday's questions one at a time. The real value of a mature enterprise analytics capability is the opposite: a single, accessible source of truth that makes the function forward-looking, driving strategy, capital spend, and resource decisions before they have to be made. That's the shift from analytics as a reporting cost center to analytics as the engine leaders plan and invest around.
